How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account in two ways:
In the app
Open the Petronyx app, go to Settings → Account, and choose Delete account.

By email
Send a request from your account email to privacy@petronyx.net with the subject “Account deletion request”.
What is deleted
Your personal profile data, authentication credentials and access to your workspace are removed. We verify the request from your registered email before processing.
What may be retained
Where you are part of a shared business workspace, operational records (such as shift, stock and financial records) may be retained by the workspace owner for legal, accounting and audit purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email when complete.
